we teach our students to be passionate about Mambo – to make it a part of their daily lives. We instill in them a deep respect for the roots of Mambo and for the people who have made it possible for us to live out our passion and share it with the next generation.
Adolfo Indacochea is a first-class dancer with over 23 years of international experience. Trained by the great Eddie Torres, he has danced with many amazing partners, but it was with Tania Cannarsa that they created magic. Adolfo and Tania are recognized as the most influential Mambo dance duet of our generation and have inspired thousands of people around the world.
Frankie Morales himself has named Adolfo the “Fred Astaire of Latin dance” for his elegance on the dance floor. Adolfo and Tania have trained hundreds of dancers and have performed in over 72 countries and counting. As a teacher, Adolfo’s objective is to guide his students according to their goals with the dance.
And now, with the help of Mambo Academy, Adolfo will continue to discover and nurture many more dancers and performers from different parts of the world. Who knows? Maybe you will be next.
